Givens Pursley partner Gary G. Allen will present on "Energy Siting in Idaho" at an American Planning Association mini-conference on April 16th at Boise State University. Gary’s lecture will provide an overview of the issues that come up in all types of energy facilities applications, from wind and solar to coal and nuclear.
At Givens Pursley, Gary heads one of the leading land use practices in the state and is a lead author of the Idaho Land Use Handbook, a land use reference book widely used around the state. His legal accomplishments include recognition by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Mountain States Super Lawyers. Gary earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from Dartmouth College.
