Kristin’s practice focuses on the areas of real estate, real estate finance and business transactions. Kristin has substantial experience in shopping center leasing. Kristin advises clients concerning real estate transactions, property acquisition, property disposition, commercial real estate lending, and asset acquisition. She also counsels clients on commercial transactions.
Kristin has previously served as in-house counsel in the real estate and finance industries. She was in-house counsel for a private Idaho based commercial investment company involved in commercial real estate investments and tenant in common replacement properties. She also served as in-house counsel to Albertson’s Inc. working in the real estate legal department and AMRESCO Commercial Finance, Inc., a Boise based commercial finance company that has funded and securitized, and now services, over 1.8 billion dollars in complex commercial finance transactions.
Kristin is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar, the Idaho Business and Corporate Law Section of the Idaho State Bar, the American Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. Kristin also volunteers time to represent Court-Appointed Guardians Ad Litem in child protective services cases. She currently serves on the loan committee for META (MicroEnterprise Training and Assistance) and is the past chair of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar. |
