Mr. Givens is one of the founders of Givens Pursley LLP and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm, particularly in the areas of water law, probate, and estate planning. He served previously as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Idaho in 1947.
Mr. Givens is a member of the 4th Judicial District Bar Association, serving as president in 1956-1957, the American Bar Association, and the Idaho State Bar Association.
