Ken is one of the founding partners of Givens Pursley LLP and has been its managing partner from its inception. His practice focuses on business law, including the organization of partnerships, corporations, and joint ventures, reorganizations, and the preparing and reviewing of commercial, financial, and real estate agreements.
A significant part of Ken’s practice involves securities and tax issues. He was Chairman of the Limited Liability Company Task Force Subcommittee of the Corporate and Securities Section of the Idaho Bar Association, which drafted Idaho's Limited Liability Company Statute.
Ken is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is named in the publication Best Lawyers in America under real estate.
He is active in both civic and political affairs. |
