The Employment Litigation practice group has experienced litigators who regularly represent employers in state and federal court and before numerous administrative agencies. We regularly appear before the Idaho Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor, and state and federal courts in unemployment and wage disputes, wrongful discharge and employment discrimination cases (including sexual harassment and disability claims), and employment tort claims. We also represent clients in noncompetition and trade secret litigation.
