The Givens Pursley Government Relations practice group offers its clients impressive depth in legislation, lobbying, and public affairs. Several attorneys in the firm have served in government, with a particularly heavy concentration on legislative and administrative practice. A variety of our lawyers have served in the Idaho Attorney General’s office, on the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, and in the U.S. Department of the Interior, while others have served on numerous governmental advisory boards and commissions. Several of the firm’s lawyers have acted as counsel to various local, state and federal agencies and have a broad understanding of the administrative intricacies of the decision-making processes in those departments.
