The Telecommunications Practice Group consists of experienced practitioners who have assisted telecommunications providers in a broad array of regulatory, legislative and business transactional matters. Givens Pursley has a long history of representing independent, entrepreneurial telecommunications providers with complex financing and business development issues including in depth negotiations and transactions with local and long-distance telecommunications providers and with regulatory entities. We have represented telecommunications interests before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, the Idaho Legislature and the federal Rural Utilities Service.
