The Environmental Permitting practice group represents companies on both compliance and liability issues arising under such programs as the Clean Water Act, NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, underground storage tank regulations, the Clean Air Act, asbestos regulation, and the Endangered Species Act.
