Givens Pursley is pleased to announce that attorney Melodie A. McQuade has been named partner. Melodie has been litigation associate attorney with the firm since 2013 and previously worked as an associate at a litigation firm in Washington, D.C., and as a law clerk to the Honorable Marcus D. Williams of the Fairfax Circuit Court in Fairfax, Virginia.

Melodie handles all aspects of litigation, including commercial, employment, construction, eminent domain and procurement disputes. She has argued before state and federal trial courts, as well as the Idaho Supreme Court.

Melodie graduated magna cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s University with a B.A. in English and French, and magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
