Natural Resources

Our Natural Resources Permitting practice group involves the representation of both U.S. and foreign firms in matters such as mining, federal land rights-of-way, special use permits, and public land planning procedures. We assist clients in effectively navigating the regulatory maze governing natural resources on both public and private land.  Our lawyers have extensive experience in all of the procedural and substantive laws that govern activities on public lands, such as NEPA, FLPMA, the National Forest Management Act, the Endangered Species Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, and the archeological and cultural acts.
