Emily is an associate practicing in both of the firm’s litigation and transactional groups. Emily has experience working in entity formation matters, state and federal securities issues, estate planning, and large civil litigation matters.

Emily joined Givens Pursley after graduating first in her class from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Emily was an extern for Ninth Circuit Judge Margaret M. McKeown, and Idaho Supreme Court Justice Daniel T. Eismann. During her time in law school, Emily received the Advocates for Children and Education Volunteer of the Year Award for her service to the Escondido Youth Court.
