Jeff represent clients in real estate transactions, local land use entitlements, and access issues throughout Idaho. Jeff has experience with a broad range of projects from siting and entitling large commercial and industrial developments to representing individual homeowners seeking land use permits in front of local boards and commissions. Jeff frequently handles administrative litigation tied to Idaho’s Local Land Use Planning Act.
