Givens Pursley is pleased to welcome Andrew Hilty and Amaia O’Mahony!

Givens Pursley is proud to announce that Andrew Hilty has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation and Environmental Law practice groups. Andrew advises clients on general and complex commercial litigation, environmental regulation, and administrative affairs. Before joining Givens Pursley, Andrew clerked for the Hon. David C. Nye of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Amaia O’Mahony has also joined the firm as an associate attorney in its Litigation practice group. Amaia represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters and has a growing focus on data privacy law. She brings experience with construction and commercial disputes and insurance defense matters. Before entering private practice, she served on the commercial transactional team of a Silicon Valley based cybersecurity SaaS company.
