Jane K. Edwards - Associate

Jane is an associate whose practice includes a broad range of commercial lending and financing transactions, as well as corporate governance and real estate matters. Prior to joining Givens Pursley, Jane was an associate at a large New York law firm, where she advised financial institutions and businesses on a variety of complex financing transactions, including private credit lending facilities, financial restructurings, and other special situations financings.

Jane earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Outside the office, Jane enjoys spending time with her family and her yellow lab, as well as skiing, hiking, and baking.
