Mason A. Bailey - Associate
Mason is an associate with a wide range of practice areas, including real estate, business law, and healthcare. Before joining Givens Pursley, she spent two years as a federal law clerk for Magistrate Judge Debora K. Grasham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.
Mason is an associate whose emerging practice focuses on commercial real estate, business, administrative law, and healthcare. Before joining Givens Pursley, Mason clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Debora K. Grasham at the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, she externed for Justice Gregory Moeller at the Idaho Supreme Court, was an executive member of the Idaho Law Review, and an Ada County Guardian ad Litem.
Before attending law school, Mason worked as a legal assistant and obtained her paralegal certification from Weber State University. Mason earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science with an emphasis in public law from Boise State University, where she was a four-year member and two-year captain of the Boise State Cheerleading team.
When not working, Mason can be found watching her husband coach basketball, checking out local Treasure Valley restaurants with friends, or curling up with a good book accompanied by her two rescue cats.
