Thomas J. Marts - Associate

Thomas is an associate pursuing a wide range of practice areas, including land use, environmental and natural resource law, real estate, and business law. Before joining Givens Pursley, Thomas clerked for Ada and Valley County District Court Judge Jason D. Scott.

Thomas studied law at the University of Idaho College of Law. While there, he served as the Events Director of the Idaho Law Review. He also participated in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic where he helped Idaho entrepreneurs form new businesses and protect their intellectual property. In recognition of his academic success, Thomas received the Alumni Award for Excellence.

When not working, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids exploring the Idaho outdoors.
